House consider the Conference Committee report (page 473) on the

of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and                    
providing for an effective date."

House adopt the Conference Committee letter of intent (page 474).              
                                                                               
Representative Davies objected and withdrew the objection.  There              
being no further objection, the Conference Committee letter of intent
