Full Journal pdf1999-03-16 House Journal Page 0475 HB 100 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee report (page 473) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld) "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations; making and amending appropriations to capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN) "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations; making and amending appropriations to capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures; making and amending appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee report, thus adopting CCS HB 100. The question being: "Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee report?" The question being: "Shall the appropriation ¦Section 16(c)á from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted?" Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the Conference Committee letter of intent (page 474). Representative Davies objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, the Conference Committee letter of intent was adopted. Representative Green moved that the appropriation ¦Section 22á from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted. The question being: "Shall the appropriation ¦Section 22á from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted?" The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee report (page 567 of the Senate journal). The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. CCS HB 100 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
